Information you provide

When you send an inquiry, the site may collect your name, email address, the student's general age and playing level, lesson-format preference, and the message you choose to provide. Please do not submit medical, financial or other sensitive information.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to respond, assess whether the studio is a suitable fit, and arrange services. BK Violin Studios does not sell personal information or use it for an email marketing list.

Service providers

Resend delivers contact-form email. Calendly handles consultation scheduling. Stripe handles payments, receipts and invoices. Vercel hosts the website and provides aggregated traffic analytics. Information submitted directly to those services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Analytics

The site uses privacy-focused, aggregated analytics to understand page visits, general geography, devices and referral sources. Analytics events do not intentionally include names, email addresses or payment information.

Children

Children should not submit the contact form or arrange services themselves. A parent or legal guardian should communicate with the studio for any student who is a minor.

Retention and choices

Inquiry correspondence may be retained for ordinary business, scheduling and recordkeeping purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion of information held directly by BK Violin Studios, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements.
